| I was delighted to see Commercial Street Merbein featured in last weeks Collectors on the ABC. Gordon was seen shopping at the antique street market. Also featured was "Slipper Slade" aged 100 sitting in a vintage car. He was given a big mention for his antiquity. Well done "Slip" - Gordon didn't know him well called him Ray his given name to all that didn't know.Diane Cameron |

| The Rogers' clan from the pumping station are very disappointed to have missed this momentous occasion and the chance to catch up with old friends and tour their old stomping grounds esp. the pumping station! Susan, Anne, Kate and Robert (sadly Butch is no longer with us). |
